Quality Management Services

ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 9001:2008 transitioning strategy

ISO Advantage will help you implement your ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Working with small to medium sized companies, we provide an implementation plan and coach your team through your 3^rd party audit certification. The new version of ISO 9001 does not require documented procedures and is more business focused.

If you are already ISO 9001:2008 registered, that standard will expire on September 15, 2018. We can assist you with a transition plan and training. Being proactive in upgrading your system and becoming registered to the ISO 9001:2015 Standard will set your company apart from your competitors. With an owner who is an Exemplar Global Certified Lead Auditor, ISO Advantage has successfully assisted many companies with this throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, and Virginia. Working with the Certification bodies as an auditor, ISO Advantage is trained in all aspects of the new standard.

ISO 13485:2016

The ISO 13485:2003 Medical Standard was revised in 2016. ISO Advantage is training on the 2016 version and can help with internal audits, training and coaching.

IATF 16949:2016

The TS16949:2009 Technical Specification for Automotive industry suppliers was just revised in 2016  to the IATF 16949:2016. ISO Advantage has over 23 years working in quality related positions for companies that supply either 1^st or 2^nd tier to Ford, GM and Chrysler. We have taken auditor training provided by an accredited registrar for the IATF16949 Automotive Standard. We can work with you to update your system to the new requirements and provide internal auditor training. ISO Advantage has extensive experience in PPAP submissions and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), Process Control Plans and FMEA’s.

Corrective Action Plans & Training

Corrective Action Plans are important for improving customer satisfaction and continual improvement. We can provide classroom or “hands-on” training in utilizing the tools that lead to developing effective root cause and corrective actions.
